Summer Office Updates!

We’re super excited to announce that we are staying in-network with Cigna!  

As many of our patients know, due to failed negotiations with Cigna, we were no longer going to be an in-network provider as of July 1. It was a very difficult decision, affecting nearly a third of our patients.  

After sending them a letter to let them know, Cigna came back to us asking to renegotiate! We are thrilled to report that we reached an agreement and will stay in network. Families with Cigna have received an email with the good news. Some of the emails may have gone to spam so be sure to check there. So many happy parents! We feel like we slew the giant! 

We have a few additional announcements, starting off with our Solea laser being a HUGE success! No needles, no pain, no numbing! Our patients report that it feels like ice cream melting in their mouths and are amazed that there is no pain at all! Truly a game-changer! For more information about Solea, visit 

We also wanted to highlight our current safety protocols. While many of our protocols are still in place, masks are no longer required in the office. Also, no need to call when you arrive. Come on in and check-in at the front desk. Bring your insurance card to each appointment and please try to let us know ahead of time if there are any changes. Make sure to check with your provider about benefits and coverage. While we do our best, it is up to you to know your coverage. 

For scheduling your child’s next visit, it is best to do it at the end of each appointment. Make a 6-month follow-up appointment before you leave, and your child will be all set. If you need to cancel an appointment or call to schedule one, we are booking about 2 months out. Please confirm ALL appointments via our automated appointment reminder text/email system. We maintain an ASAP list so that if an opening occurs, we can call you to bring your child in sooner. Please also keep in mind that about 95% of our patients go to school. It is much easier for a 4-year-old to miss school than a middle or high schooler. Also, children under 7 are scheduled in the morning since they tend to do much better at that time. 

Please try not to cancel your child's appointment. We understand emergencies arise such as illness or family situations, but it may be September before we can see your child. Also, there is a last-minute cancellation fee that may be applied to your account. 

We are also starting our next quarterly promotion! We will be giving away a $500 Apple gift card to one lucky family.
