This month we would like to turn the spotlight on Jill! Special shout out to our fabulous Treatment and Financial Coordinator.
Jill has been with us for over 20 years now. She handles the insurance claims, billing, and treatment plans, as well as sets up any hospital procedures and works with parents to review the process of the treatment and all costs associated with it. She has also been the main point of contact for our new patient management software system. She is so knowledgeable and is definitely our go-to person in the office.
Jill is always making sure the office is running smoothly. She makes sure the numbers balance at the end of the day, she checks in with the front desk staff to confirm they have all the necessary tools and training, and she just overall works hard to make sure everyone is happy in the office. Even the patients love her and she knows all patients and families by name. You can always see her friendly face popping in the reception area to say hi!
Outside of work, Jill loves to spend time with her active family. Her kids are involved in many after-school programs such as sports and dance, so she is always there supporting her family. She recently became a new aunt so spending time with her nephew has been a top priority too. She also loves to sit by the pool with her dog Nora, go to the beach, and the movies and she cannot wait to go back to Disney.
Jill absolutely loves ice cream. Especially during the hot summer days, she would eat ice cream every day if she could. Even during the middle of winter, you can catch her still eating ice cream.
Jill’s birthday is in August so be sure to wish her a happy birthday when you come in. Also, remember to look for our booth at Septemberfeast at Simsbury Meadows on September 11th. We will be hosting a lot of great giveaways in honor of our celebration of 20 years of serving the families in the Farmington Valley!
On top of our booth, we are currently hosting our Quarterly Drawing, where one lucky person will be able to win a $500 trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. To enter please either write a review on your child’s visit or refer a friend to our office. The drawing will be held until October 1st.
