We are looking for someone to join our Patient Experience Team!

As a member of this team, your top priority is ensuring that patients and their families have a great experience whether they are in person or being assisted over the phone. As our patients’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of Simsbury Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry, providing exceptional customer service and patient support. We’ll rely on you to listen to our patients and use your real passion for customer service to meet their needs. Patient Experience is your number one whether that is on the phone, greeting patients with a smile or showing them around our office. You will be going above and beyond for our patients to make them feel at home.
